WHO TO TRAIN AND WHYOne of the most important aspects of
implementing new systems is training all staff, starting from the
top. We run courses and executive seminars at all levels in our
classrooms. It is possible to run courses on your premises, but this
tends to be fraught with interruptions and unsatisfactory.
Training must be carried out top down, so that senior and
long-term staff become familiar with the new concepts and methods
first. They will then come up with the best way of introducing the
system in your particular environment. Don't make the mistake of
hiring in a consultant, or of sending summer students and new staff.
Let the juniors and new staff work out the old system, so that they
become familiar with how you sell, the way you treat your customers,

All training is instructor-led, working through exercises
and case studies
Everyone has a separate workstation and individual
attention. You can come back to our classrooms to start setting up
your live data if you wish, in an uninterrupted environment.
