company, meeting some of our staff, having a 'test drive' on the
software, and seeing what features it offers that are of special
interest to you.
THE OSPREY 'SUPERMARKET'Our Reservations and Accounting
System for Tour Operators is a very sophisticated system, whilst
being easy to use and very user-friendly. However, it contains
around 200+ functions and features, many of which you will probably
not need. The licence fee is calculated on the features that you
want (a bit like going round the supermarket) so come and take a
close look at the things that interest you. This visit to us would
be entirely without cost or obligation to you, and you would be
assisted by one of our customer support staff, not a salesman.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONSWe offer many optional modules for tour
operators specialising in long-haul multicentre tours, for travel
agency shops and chains, for train operators, for holiday parks, for
travel clubs, and for escorted group operators. Many of the modules
are mutually exclusive. The best way to pick out what you want is to
come here for a day (no obligation or cost).
FIXED DATE SEMINARSWe have several scheduled seminars to
which anyone can come, which consist of a morning in our auditorium
watching one of our senior staff demonstrate the principal features
on a big screen, followed by a quick sandwich lunch over a
question-and-answer session, so that you can get back for a full
afternoon's work.
WHERE ARE WE?Just north of Romsey in Hampshire on an
industrial estate off the A3057, we are just over an hour's drive
from London down the M3, or an hour on the train from Waterloo.
Southampton airport (just 15 minutes away from us) has excellent
no-frills flights from lots of regional airports, including Dublin,
Cork, Newcastle, Aberdeen, Belfast, Alderney, Jersey, Guernsey,
Durham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, together
with Amsterdam, Paris, Verona, Brussels, Berne and all Flybe's
destinations.
