Availability is held
night-by-night by category, comprising planned capacity less group
allotments, less direct client sales. Group availability is group
allotments less actual bookings for the group so far. 
Charts show which units
have been assigned to which booking. As you click on each unit, the
physical attributes (beds, shower, heating, dishwasher, etc) are
shown on the right, together with a picture of the actual layout if
available. 
Management reports are all graphical, live, (no overnight
updatting), and printable or downloadable into Excel.
