Osprey offers ferry operators multi-leg routes (including circular and triangle routes) with the capability of multi-sector reservations including accommodation

SHIPS, ROUTES AND SAILINGS

  • Multi-leg routes can consist of any number of ports, including triangles
  • Planned sailings are set out indexed on route, date and time
  • Ship master records contain planned capacity by class and cabin type
  • Car/freight metre balancing graphs are set up digitally for each ship
  • Ships are attached to routes to create sailings
  • Fares and extras are set up for all port-to-port pairs
  • Fares for commercial customers are set up in bands

    RESERVATIONS

  • For any chosen sailing all boarding and disembarkation points are shown with fares
  • Algorithm to convert freight metres to car spaces and vice versa
  • Conventional tickets and e-tickets with port maps
  • Cabin availability is shown for each port-to-port pair
  • Hotels, transfers and sightseeing trips can be added to a booking
  • Group allocations are reserved out of capacity
  • You can price fares by seasonal demand
  • Web booking for members of the public

  • Fares and supplements are set up for any port-to-port pair. The planned timetable is set up at the end of the year, and planned capacities so that you can begin selling immediately. Ships need not be attached to planned sailings until later.



    E-tickets are emailed out to customers wherever possible, to be exchanged for boarding cards at the port.
